新毕业护士培训需求的调查与分析

【摘要】 采用访谈法与问卷调查法相结合,对某医院2004年上岗的93名新毕业护士(以下简称新护士)以及74名在岗护士长进行调查。结果表明,新护士和护士长均认为医院内培训是新护士适应角色转变的重要手段,十分必要;培训内容应该有选择性和侧重点;培训应该有目的、有计划、有步骤地分阶段进行;建议灵活运用多种组织形式和方法以提高培训效果。

【Abstract】 93 new nurses and 74 head nurses were investigated by interview combined with a self-designed questionnaire in a hospital in 2004.The results showed that:both the new nurses and the head nurses believed that it was necessary to train the new nurses in hospital to accomplish the role transition.They suggested that the appropriate training contents should be selected and some contents should be focused on;the training should be put into action purposefully,designedly and step by step;and diversified forms and methods should be adopt in the training to improve its effect.
