【Abstract】 It’s necessary and important to inform the patients about the reason and method of medical and nursing measure,the environment and system of hospital,medical risk,the patient’s disease status and self-care methods.The constitute of the informed consent for the patients reduce medical dissension,protect legitimate rights both of patients and nurses,enhance the realization of law for nurses and building a good patients and nurses relationship.In addition,setting up the supervisory nursing system of informing and being informed was essential quality of performing informed obligation and patients’ informed consent.更多还原
