【Abstract】 The “5s” humanistic care was applied and implemented in neurotic medical department in order to promote the nursing service.Combined with the neurotic medical character,put the patients into the key position,gave them an effective communication and set up a good relationship,so that the patients can perceived the humanistic care and should be happiness and wellness.After the application of the humanistic care,the nurses’ ability and the nursing quality were sustained developed.It’s also double win of both social and economic benefit.更多还原
