【摘要】 目的通过对手术室参加轮流值班的护士(以下简称轮班护士)手术配合难点分析,采取措施提高综合医院手术室护士综合技能。方法对轮班护士进行各专科系统培训、制定手术室书面指导、制定各专科仪器操作流程图、建立手术医生档案。结果提高了轮班护士的综合技能,使手术医生对护士手术配合满意度由75.0%逐步上升至92.3%。结论综合性医院手术室护士培训必须是固定手术专科与全面培训并举,才能提高手术室护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the difficulties of cooperation,to find out the strategies to improve the comprehensive skill for operation room shifts nurses.Methods Systematic specific nursing training for the operation room shift nurses,written guidelines of the operation room,the operation flow chart for the equipment and doctors,file were used as the strategies.Result The nurses’ competence were improved greatly and the operation satisfaction increased from 75.0% to 92.3% gradually.Conclusion In order to improve the nursing quality of overall operation room,it’s necessary to combine the operation room nursing training and general practice for the nurses in the operation room.更多还原
