累计扣分制在护理质量管理中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨累计扣分制在护理质量管理中的作用。方法根据护理质量缺陷的性质及严重程度量化定分并实行累计扣分考核,处理结果与责任者及所在科室的经济利益挂钩。规定每名护士每个季度的最高允许扣分值,超过最高允许扣分值的护士需到护理部下岗学习1个月。结果与2004年同期相比,病区护理缺陷发生率、医患纠纷发生率有显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施累计扣分考核量化管理护理缺陷,能降低护理缺陷发生率,提高护理质量和安全,增强护理人员的质量意识和竞争意识,提高护理管理水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of accumulation deduction system in management of nursing quality.Methods Defection of nursing quality is quantified according to their characteristics and degrees and carried out by the accumulation deduction system.And the result of evaluation will be connected with the economic interest of the nurse and the department that is responsible for it.There are regulations about the max-deduction values of each season.The nurses who get over the max-deduction values will be laid off temporarily and study in the nursing department for a month. Result Compared with what happened during the equal period in 2004,the incidence rates of nursing defection and nurse-patient dispute are both significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion Using the accumulation deduction system in managing nursing defection can reduce the rates of nursing defection’s incidence and improve the quality and security of nursing.It can also stimulate the sense of quality and competition among the nurse,hence to improve the standard of the management of nursing.
