【Abstract】 Objective To explore the practice and effect of humanistic care in elderly ward.Methods Through improving the environment of ward,providing(high-quality) nursing service,enhancing nurses’ techniques and communication skills with patients,humanistic care was embodied in the particular in nursing service.Result This practice improved patients’ satisfaction obviously,and increased social and economic benefits.Conclusion The application of humanistic care in clinical nursing was beneficial to improve patients’ satisfaction,reduce medical disputes and enhance the competition competence of hospital.更多还原
