【摘要】 目的通过对乙型肝炎患者的家庭进行调查,了解乙型肝炎密切接触者的消化道消毒隔离现状,有针对性地做好健康防护教育。方法采用自设问卷对乙型肝炎患者家庭中的健康者进行匿名调查。结果被调查者中,10.87%不知道乙型肝炎是传染病;15.22%不了解乙型肝炎的传播途径;4.35%完全不知如何预防乙型肝炎;仅有63.04%接种了乙型肝炎疫苗;41.30%在家里实行分餐制。结论乙型肝炎患者家庭成员对乙型肝炎疾病一般知识了解不足;乙型肝炎患者家庭成员的消毒隔离知识及技能欠缺,但是城市明显好于农村。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the actuality of gastrointestinal isolation and disinfection in families of patients with hepatitis B,and to provide basis for health and prevention education.Method Anonymous investigation was conducted among healthy individuals in families of patients with hepatitis B with the self-designed questionnaire.Results 10.87% of the subjects did not know that hepatitis B was an infectious disease,15.22% of them had no idea about the transmission routes of hepatitis B and 4.35% did not know how to prevent hepatitis B.Only 63.04% of them injected hepatitis B vaccine and 41.30% carried out separate utensils during meals at home.Conclusions The family member’s general knowledge about hepatitis B are inadequate,and they lack of the knowledge and skills of correct isolation and disinfection at home,and people living in cities are better than those in rural area.更多还原
