碟片超重床结构对烟道气中CO2脱除率的影响
Study on the Influence of the Structure of Super-Gravity Bed with Disks on Scrubbing CO2 in Flue Gas
【摘要】 超重场可显著提高气液两相的传质系数,通过实验研究了错流旋转碟片超重床结构对燃煤锅炉烟气中CO2脱除率的影响;增加旋转床碟片数和开孔数能有效提高CO2的脱除率,但随碟片数和开孔数进一步增加,CO2脱除率反而有所降低;增加碟片转速和氨水初始质量分数也能提高CO2脱除率,但若转速过大,液体的甩出速度增大,反应停留时间变小,CO2脱除率也会有所降低。由本研究实验可知,结构合适的旋转碟片超重床反应器可有效脱除烟气中的CO2。
【Abstract】 Super-gravity bed is able to improve mass transport coefficient between liquid and gas phase greatly.With an experiment the influence was studied of the structure of super-gravity bed with current-flow disks on removing CO2 in flue gas.The increase of the disks and holes number will promote the removing efficiency of CO2.However the removing rate of CO2 will decrease when the number of disks and holes surpasses a certain critical point.On the other hand,the increase of disk rotating speed and the initial concentration of aqueous ammonia is also to promote the removing efficiency of CO2,but the removing rate will decrease when the rotating speed is too fast because the resident time for reaction is reduced.The experiment shows that optimum structure of super-gravity bed with disks will scrub CO2 in flue gas effectually.
