EVOH/蒙脱土插层复合材料流变性能及阻水性能的研究
Studies on the rheological property and water resistance performance of EVOH/organic-montmorillonite nanocomposite by melt intercalation
【摘要】 采用熔融插层的方法制备了乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)/蒙脱土(MMT)插层复合材料,并研究了EVOH/MMT插层复合材料的流变性能及阻水性能。研究表明:加工温度在200℃以上,转速20rpm左右,挤出物料表面光滑,韧性优良;EVOH/MMT插层复合材料熔体为假塑性流体,剪切速率增加,表观粘度下降,即存在剪切变稀现象;有机化蒙脱土含量增加,熔体流动性下降,粘度升高;EVOH/MMT插层复合材料熔体的表观粘度随温度的升高而降低,蒙脱土含量增加,熔体对温度的敏感性下降,因而材料可以在比较宽的温度范围内加工。最后通过EVOH及EVOH/MMT插层复合材料对水的阻隔性实验测定发现,插层后材料对水的阻隔性能明显提高了近3·3%。
【Abstract】 EVOH/MMT composite is prepared by melt intercalation, and the rheological property and water resistance performance of EVOH/MMT composite are described in detail. The results show that: The extrusive material is smooth and its performance is good,when the temperature is set at above 200 ℃ and the shear rate at about 20 rpm. The melt of EVOH/MMT composite is a type of pseudoplastic fluid, and the viscosity decreases with the increase of the shear rate, which is a shear-thinning phenomenon. The flowing property decreases and the viscosity increases, when the amount of montmorillonite increases. The viscosity of EVOH/MMT composite decreases with the increase of the temperature, and the change is puny, so the material can be processed in wide temperature. The water resistance of EVOH/MMT composite increases by 3.3%, with the results of measuring the water resistance of EVOH and EVOH/MMT composite.
