【摘要】贝母球茎是药用原材料.在田间,每年因未知病原菌的侵染而使其产量变化很大.首次报道采用reverse-transcriptionpolymerasechainreaction(RT-PCR)证实贝母(Fritillariathumbergii)是lilymottlevirus(LMoV)的寄主.本方法可用于植物病毒的流行性检测.更多还原

【Abstract】 The bulb of Fritillaria thumbergii Miq was employed for medicinal purposes. In the field, the bulb production yield varies each year due to infection from a wide range of unknown pathogens. In this work, we report for the first time, Fritillaria thumbergii, as a new host of lily mottle virus (LMoV) in China, which was detected by the reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).更多还原
