【摘要】 自上世纪90年代初期,随着国内电信事业的迅猛发展,电信运营商迫切地感受到需为用户提供良好的技术支持和服务,排队机进入了人们的工作生活中.以排队机在银行中的应用为背景,建立起一个排队规则特殊的排队模型,利用概率母函数来计算出相应的概率,从理论上分析了该模型的特点及优劣,并在此基础上用Matlab进行了数值模拟,提出了管理方面的分析建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 From the initial period of the 1990′s,along with the domestic telecommunications swift and violent development,telecommunication operation business urgently felt that they must provide the good technical support and the service for the users,and OMS entered in people′s work life.At the background of that the applicant of the QMS in the bank,a model of the special queuing system is established.The corresponding probability is calculated by using the probability generating function,and the model′s characteristic and the fits and unfits theoretically has analyzed.By the value simulation in this foundation with the Matlab program,analysis proposals in the management aspects is proposed.更多还原
