N,N′-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠表面活性剂的合成及性能
Synthesis and Properties of Alkanediyl-α,ω-bis(sodium N-acyl-β-alaninate) Gemini Surfactants
【摘要】 以无水乙二胺、丙烯酸甲酯、不同链长的脂肪酸为主要原料,经过加成、酰化和皂化等反应,合成了4种阴离子型偶联表面活性剂[N,N′-双脂肪酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠(GS-2Cm+1)],并进行了性能表征。通过测定不同浓度水溶液的表面张力和电导率,获得其临界胶束浓度(CM C)、偶联表面活性剂在气-液界面上的吸附量、单个分子的面积和胶束电离度,计算了胶团化过程的热力学函数变化,实验结果显示:GS-2Cm+1系列表面活性剂的胶团化过程主要来自熵驱动。
【Abstract】 Four kinds of anionic gemini surfactant,alkanediylα,ωbis(sodium N-acyl-β-alaninate)(GS-2Cm+1),were synthesized by addition,acylation and soap reaction,in which ethylenediamine,methyl acrylate and fatty acid(decanoic acid,lauric acid,myristic acid and palmitic acid) were used as main materials.The properties of these surfactants were investigated.Surface tension and variation of the electrical conductivity of their aqueous so1utions at different concentration were measured.From these experimental data,the critical micelle concentration(CMC),excess adsorption amount at vapor-1iquid interface,the area per mo1ecule and micelle ionization degree were obtained.The changes of thermodynamic functions in the process of micellization were calculated.The results show that the micellization of GS-2Cm+1 is an(entropy)-driven process.
