预负荷系数对三油叶固定瓦滑动轴承性能影响的数值研究
Numerical Study on the Influences of Preload Factor on the Properties of Three-Lobe Journal Bearing
【摘要】 根据有限长三油叶固定瓦滑动轴承的结构特点,通过编程对二维R eyno lds方程离散化数值求解,研究了滑动轴承预负荷系数这一关键结构参数对三油叶固定瓦滑动轴承的承载能力、偏位角、油膜刚度、油膜阻尼等性能参数的影响,得出了承载能力、偏位角、油膜刚度、油膜阻尼随预负荷系数变化而变化的一系列规律性的结论,表明预负荷系数对三油叶固定瓦滑动轴承的性能有重要影响。
【Abstract】 According to the distinguishing structure feature of three-lobe bearing with fixing pads,the influences of preload factor which is a key structure parameter on the lubrication properties,such as load capacity,attitude angle,stiffness coefficients and damping coefficients,were studied through solving the Reynolds equation numerically with program,and a series of conclusion between load capacity,attitude angle,stiffness coefficients,damping coefficients and preload factor are obtained.Preload factor are proved as an important factor to the three-lobe bearing.
