回流蒸馏溶胶凝胶法制备PbZr0.90Ti0.10O3-Fe0.003纳米粉体

【摘要】 用回流蒸馏溶胶凝胶法(RDSG)制备了掺杂铁PbZr0.90T i0.10O3纳米粉体,粉体平均粒径约30 nm.原子力显微镜(AFM)分析表明溶胶、凝胶中各组分得到了充分而均匀的分散。对凝胶反应机理的研究表明:回流蒸馏过程加速了聚合物活性单体的生成速度和聚合速度,通过缓慢提高活性单体浓度的方法,克服了固相颗粒溶解度随温度升高而增大的不利因素,促进了凝胶化进程,使得凝胶化时间缩短在30 m in之内。RDSG中凝胶干燥采用蒸馏法,大部分溶剂被回收,缩短了合成周期,减小了环境污染。

【Abstract】 A modified sol-gel process of reflux distillation(RDSG) is introduced.Studies of mechanism show that the formation of monomers is speeded up and the concentration of monomers is increased gradually by reflux distillation process.Gelation time is shortened to less than 30 min.And most of the solvent can be recycled with the following distillation drying process.Using RDSG method,(PbZr0.90Ti0.10O3-Fe0.003) nano powder was synthesized.Atomic force microscopy(AFM) tests show that (ingredients) in both sol and gel are well(dispersed.) The mean particle size of calcined powder is about(30 nm.)
