机动飞行时航空发动机转子系统的振动特性

【摘要】 利用Lagrange方程建立飞机在任意机动飞行条件下具有多盘、多质量和多轴承的不平衡柔性转子系统运动微分方程的一般表达式,然后以一个双盘悬臂柔性转子系统为例用数值方法研究飞机的典型机动飞行对转子系统动力特性的影响。结果表明:机动飞行将使转子运动轨迹的中心偏离原来的轴线,转子系统的振动明显增大,从而可能使转子与定子之间发生局部的碰磨。因此,飞机作机动飞行时,必须考虑机动飞行因素对转子动力特性的影响。

【Abstract】 The general differential equations of motion of an unbalance flexible rotor system with multi-rigid-disk,multi-lumped-mass and multi-bearing are developed by using Lagrange’s equation during any maneuvering flight which include three translational and three rotational components of the motion of the aircraft.The influences of different maneuvering flights on the dynamic characteristics of a rotor system are numerically studied in a double-disk cantilever flexible rotor system.It is shown that the maneuvering flight makes the center of motion orbit of the rotor system greatly shift and the rotor’s vibration significantly increases,which may result in the particle impact between the rotor and the stator.The influence of the maneuvering flight on the dynamic characteristics of a rotor system must be considered in the design of aeroengine’s rotor system.
