不同壁厚的TiNiFe形状记忆合金管接头紧固力的模拟计算
Simulation Calculation of the Tie-in Clasp Stress of the TiNiFe SMA Tube
【摘要】 研究不同壁厚的TiNiFe形状记忆合金管接头紧固力随时间变化的定量关系对航空用TiNiFe形状记忆合金管接头有重要的实际工程应用价值。在有关TiNiFe形状记忆合金的力学建模和公式推导的基础上,利用计算机进行软件编程,完成了对TiNiFe形状记忆合金管接头升温过程产生紧固力的计算模拟,得到了TiNiFe形状记忆合金管接头在约束升温状态下紧固力随时间变化的模拟曲线,重点研究了管接头壁的厚度对管接头产生紧固力的影响,并通过具体的实验进行验证。发现管接头的升温逆转变过程很短,壁厚小于2.5 mm范围内的管接头的紧固力随着壁厚的增加而增加,几乎成线性关系。
【Abstract】 It has high actual application value for the TiNiFe Shape Memory Alloy(SMA)tube tie-in using in the inaviation area to research the quantitative relationship of the TiNiFe SMA tube tie-in clasp stress with different wall thicknesses along with time.Basing on the dynamics modeling and the formula calculation of the TiNiFe SMA,this paper accomplishes the calculation simulation of the TiNiFe SMA tube tie-in clasp stress during the calefactive process taking use of computer software programming,and gaines the simulation curve that describes the TiNiFe SMA tube tie-in clasp stress in the calefactive state along with time.The tube tie-in wall thickness’s effect on the tube tie-in clasp stress is emphatically researched and validated through the actual experiment,and it is found that the calefactive changing process is very short and clasp stress produced by tube tie-in with wall thickness less than 2.5 mm almost linearly increases along with the wall thickness increasing.
