低浓度电流型氧传感器的研究
Study of Low Concentration Amperometric Oxygen Gas Sensor
【摘要】 合成了纳米级铂催化剂,同时利用AFM,XRD和SEM进行了表征,并将其应用于氧气电化学还原的研究。在极限电流控制范围内,氧气浓度为7×10-6-5010×10-6时,传感器的灵敏度为381nA/10-6,O2气体浓度与响应信号呈现良好的线性关系。
【Abstract】 The synthesis and characterization of the Pt nanoparticle catalyst for oxygen electrochemi- cal reduction have been studied in this paper. The catalyst was characterized by AFM, XRD and SEM. Electrochemical behavior of the oxygen reduction on the prepared electrode was investigated. A linear relationship between the limiting current and the concentration of O2 is obtained and the sensitivity is 381 nA ppm-1 when the O2 concentration is in the range 7 to 5010ppm.
