【摘要】 目的:探讨波前像差引导下个体化切削术治疗近视眼的方法和疗效。方法:对26眼术前存在高阶像差近视眼患者,施行波前像差引导下个体化切削术,术后随访3个月。结果:术后1周,≥0.6者26眼占100%。≥1.0者18眼占69.23%。3个月,≥1.0者25眼占96.15%。结论:波前像差引导下个体化切削术治疗近视安全可靠,术前像差准确检查尤为重要,治疗参数量要相应降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the methods and effect of wavefront guided customized ablations for myopia.Methods:26 eyes with high aberration were treated by wavefront guided customized ablations,follow-up was 3 months(after operation).Results:The visual acuity were larger than 0.6 of 26 eyes (100%) and were lager than 1.0 of 18 eyes ( 69.23% ) after a week, the visual acuity were larger than 1.0 of 25 eyes (96.15%) after 3 months.Conclusion:Wavefront guided customized ablations is an effective means to treat myopia, the examination of aberration is important and the nomogram will be correspondly reduced.更多还原
