【摘要】 目的:探讨氩激光视网膜光凝联合葛根素治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:选择66例(66眼)缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者随机分为A、B组,A组应用氩激光视网膜光凝治疗,B组应用氩激光视网膜光凝治疗同时,应用葛根素静脉注射,观察两组患者治疗前后视力变化情况。结果:A组33例(33眼)患者经氩激光视网膜光凝治疗后,45.5%视力提高,B组33例(33眼)患者经氩激光视网膜光凝联合葛根素治疗后,69.7%视力提高。结论:氩激光视网膜光凝联合葛根素治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞可取得良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of argon laser photocoagulation combined with Puerarin in the treatment of ischemic central retinal vein occlusion.Methods:66 patients(66 eyes)with ischemic central retinal vein occlusion were randomly devided into two groups.The patients in A group were treated with argon laser photocoagulation,The patients in B group were treated with argon laser photocoagulation combining Puerarin injection.The change of visual acuity were compared between the two groups after the treatments.Results:Visual acuity improvement were found to be 45.5% in 33 patients(33 eyes)in the A group.Visual acuity improvement were found to be 69.7% in 33 patients(33 eyes)in the B group.Conclusions:Argon laser photocoagulation combining Puerarin have good therapeutic effects for the patients with ischemic central retinal vein occlusion更多还原
