【Abstract】 With the development of network and multimedia technologies,static image compression requires higher performance as well as some new features.JPEG2000 is the latest image coding system with excellent performance and higher flexibility,its function is in advance than any other standard.Through analyzing the core algorithm of the JPEG2000,this paper describes the image compression process and the advantages of the JPEG2000 compared with the previous standards.更多还原
