贵州烂泥沟金矿5种苔藓植物的生物地球化学研究及生物探矿潜力分析
Biogeochemistry research and analysis of biology prospecting potential on five bryophytes in Lannigou gold deposit, Guizhou province
【摘要】 应用AAnalyst800原子吸收光谱仪对烂泥沟金矿5种苔藓植物进行了Au、Cu、Ca、Zn、Hg、Pb、Mg等7个元素的分析,这5种苔藓植物是细叶牛毛藓(Ditrichumpusillum(Hedw.)Hamp.)、珠藓(BartramiahallerianaHedw.)、四川湿地藓(Hyophilasetschwanica(Broth.)Hilp.)、长蒴藓(TrematodonlongicollisMichx.)和芽孢湿地藓(HyophilapropaguliferaBroth.)。利用富集系数和衬度系数进行分析,初步推测细叶牛毛藓可能对烂泥沟卡林型金矿有指示作用,珠藓和长蒴藓应该可以作为寻找铜矿的指示植物。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the elements of Au、Cu、Ca、Zn、Hg、Pb and Mg of five bryophytes with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (A Analyst 800). These bryophytes are Ditrichum pusillum (Hedw.) Hamp., Bartramia halleriana Hedw., Hyophila setschwanica (Broth.) Hilp., Trematodon longicollis Michx., Hyophila propagulifera Broth. By analyzing the enrichment factor and contrast ratio, it is tentatively inferred that Ditrichum pusillum(Hedw.) Hamp. is an indicator plant for prospecting Carlin type gold ore in Lannigou, and Bartramia halleriana Hedw. and Trematodon longicollis Michx. as copper ore indicator plants.
