【摘要】 辽宁天利金业有限责任公司(简称天利公司)应用长春黄金研究院研究开发的生物氧化提金技术,通过不断改进,工艺流程得到全面优化与完善,在不改变原有流程结构和设备装机容量的基础上,生产能力由原设计的100 t/d提高到150 t/d,金回收率保持在95%的较高水平,生产成本大幅度下降,企业效益明显增加。该生产工艺的工业浸矿菌种、生物氧化反应器等多项关键技术达到或处于国际领先水平,为生物氧化提金工艺增加了新的技术内涵。更多还原

【Abstract】 Liaoning Tianli Gold Industry Co.,Ltd.develops refractory gold resources with bio-oxidation processdeveloped by Changchun Gold Research Institute.With continuous update,the process flowis optimized and perfec-ted,and the production capacity increases from 100t/d to 150t/d,without changing the former flowage structure orinstalled capacity of equipments.The gold recovery rate maintains more than 95%,and the production cost decreasesgreatly.The leaching bacterial strains and bio-oxidation reactor reach world leading level.更多还原
