【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定小儿清肺止咳片含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Packed ODS- AC18柱(250mm×4．6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0．2)为流动相,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为280nm。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0．21-1．05μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0．9996),方法的平均回收率为99．4％,RSD为1．26％(n=6)。结论:高效液相色谱法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为小儿清肺止咳片的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the determination method of Baicalin in Xiaoer Qingfei Zhike Tablets with HPLC. Methods: A Packed ODS - A C18 column( 250mm×4. 6, 5μg) was chose with mobile phase methanol - water - Phosphoric acid( 47: 53: 0.2). The flow rate was 1. 0ml/min. The detection wavelength was 280nm. Results: The linear range of Baicalin was 0. 21-1.05μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9996.The average recovery was 99.4%and RSD was 1.26 (n=6) . Conclusion: The method is simple, accuate and reproducible and can be used for determination of Baicalin in Xiaoer Qingfei Zhike Tablets.更多还原
