【摘要】 目的：分析不同生长发育期北细辛中挥发油的形成和积累,以确定北细辛根的最佳采收期。方法：用气相色谱的方法测定北细辛根的不同样品中挥发油的含量,对其进行主成分分析。结果：不同生长发育期采集的北细辛中挥发油的积累具有一定规律。结论：兼顾不同的挥发油的含量因素,北细辛的采收期以9月中旬为最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the form and accumulation of the volatile oil from Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum(Maxim.) Kitag in different periods of growth in order to ascertain it’s best harvest. Methods:GC’s application on measurating contents of the volatile oil from different samples.Results:Accumulation of the volatile oil from Asarum heterotropoides Ft.var.mandshuricum (Maxim.)
