ZBAF处理高氨氮废水的亚硝酸盐积累研究

【摘要】 利用自主开发的ZBAF(沸石填料曝气生物滤池)试验系统,针对低有机质高浓度氨氮废水的特殊水质,实现了在进水氨氮浓度为210mg/L时,去除达93.4%的情况下,亚硝酸盐积累率高达89.5%。考察了试验运行条件对亚硝酸盐积累的影响,结果表明滤料层高度、水力负荷、反冲洗以及温度等因素都导致了亚硝盐的积累。依据Monod增长动力学模式,初步提出了系统中亚硝化控制的动力学选择机理。

【Abstract】 Aim at the special water quality of low organic and high ammonia,a zeolite media biological aerated filter(ZBAF) was designed by ourselves.When the influent loading of NH4-N was 210mg/l,the efficiency of the removal of NH4-N could be up to 93.4% and the ratio of nitrite accumulation could be up to 89.5%. The results showed that influences of operational variables such as height of filter,hydraulic load,backwash process and temperature,could bring on nitrite accumulation.Depending on the mode of Monod kinetics,author puts forward the mechanism for short-cut nitrification controlling in this system.
