生物接触氧化结合气浮法处理卷烟综合废水
Biological contact oxidation and air flotation process used for cigarette factory synthesis wastewater treatment engineering
【摘要】 某卷烟厂采用生物接触氧化结合气浮法处理卷烟综合废水,经过3年的运行实践表明,工艺运行稳定可靠,在进水COD为300~1500mg/L、SS为100~600mg/L、BOD5为100~900mg/L、NH3N为10~20mg/L、水温为20~30℃时,出水COD<70mg/L、BOD5<20mg/L、SS<30mg/L、NH3N<3mg/L,完全实现达标排放。
【Abstract】 In some cgarette mill, a biological contact oxidation and air flotation wastewater treatment system with 1 440 m 3/d of treatment capacity has been used. It is indicated by three years operation that the process features a stable running and a high treating efficiency. Under the condition of influent COD 3001 500 mg/L、SS 100600mg/L、BOD 5 100900 mg/L、NH3-N 1020 mg/L、temperature 2030 ℃, the process produces an effluent with COD<70 mg/L、BOD 5<20 mg/L、SS<30 mg/L and NH3-N<3 mg/L.
