厌氧—好氧组合工艺去除有机物和氮的可行性研究

【摘要】 为寻求一种较低成本、高效率的生活污水处理工艺,研究了厌氧消化(UASB)—好氧(BF)后处理组合工艺同时去除生活污水中有机物和氮的可行性。系统的水力停留时间分别设为12、10、8、5h,有机容积负荷分别为1.0、1.2、1.5、2.0g/(L·d),出水COD低,平均去除率均大于92%;TN容积负荷分别为62.5、75.3、82.8、159.3mg/(L·d),TN去除率分别为82.79%、79.97%、76.25%、67.83%。长期生存在微氧条件下,颗粒污泥的紧密度和沉降性能均低于接种厌氧,粒度增大,比产甲烷活性略有降低,但仍保持在较高水平。

【Abstract】 A feasibility study was performed to remove COD and total nitrogen from sewage water influent in the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket column and the subsequent aerobic biofilter (UASB/BF). The hydraulic retention times of 12, 10, 8, and 5 h were employed to result in the organic loadings of 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, and 2.0 g COD/(L·d) and the total nitrogen loading of 62.5, 75.3, 82.8, and 159.3 mg/(L·d). More than 92% of influent COD was removed at all loadings tested; the removal of total nitrogen was about 83, 80, 76, and 68%, respectively. Relative to the seeding anaerobic sludge granules, the long term exposure to the micro aerobic condition resulted in a larger granule size while the compactness and settleability were lower, the granular sludge maintained a slightly reduced, still respectable, methanogenic activity.
