包埋法处理抗生素废水的试验研究

【摘要】 采用包埋活性污泥对抗生素废水进行了试验研究,以COD、BOD5、NH3N和TN去除率为指标,考察包埋活性污泥处理抗生素废水的可行性,结果表明,COD、BOD5、NH3N和TN去除率分别为68.02%、78.80%、45.00%和49.11%。说明包埋法处理抗生素废水是可行的,尤其是去除TN上具有一定的优势。

【Abstract】 Acclimated activated sludge entrapped on PVA carrier particles was employed in batch biotreatment of a wastewater from antibiotic production.After 20 hours of batch aerobic treatment of the wastewater sample COD=1 530~5 730 mg/L, BOD = 570~2 000 mg/L, NH3-N = 2 000~2 500 mg/L, TN = 2 200~2 800 mg/L), the observed average COD, BOD 5, NH3-N, TN removal rates were 68.02%, 78.80%, 45.00%and 49.11%, respectively.Given the high and variable influent concentrations, the consistent and stable treatment performance demonstrated the feasibility of treating the antibiotic wastewater by the entrapped activated sludge technology.
