混凝—折流式反应器对垃圾渗滤液处理的试验研究

【摘要】 采用混凝、三组水解池和好氧生物滤池串连组成的折流式反应器(BR)联合工艺,对处理芜湖市南郊垃圾填埋场产生的渗滤液进行了试验研究,确定了混凝剂的最佳投加量、最佳碱化脱氮pH等工艺参数。试验结果表明,经过水解反应器(HUSB)反复对垃圾渗滤液进行水解酸化后,能逐步提高废水的BOD5/COD(B/C)(约0.2~0.4),大大提高了好氧生物滤池的COD容积负荷,出水COD平均<400mg/L,NH3N平均<30mg/L。

【Abstract】 The integrated process of coagulation and buffering reactor, consisting of three-stage hydrolysis and aerobic biodegradationg in six upflow cells, was employed for treating leachate of a sanitary landfill in south surburb of Wuhu, Anhui, China. Approximately 40% of COD and NH+4-N in the raw leachate were removed in the coagulation unit operating at 22 ℃ and with additions of 100 mg/L of PAC coagulant and a dose of lime to raise the pH (to>9) for effective ammonia stripping. The 3-stage hydrolysis substantially improved biodegradability of pretreated leachate (BOD 5/COD ratio increase from 0.2 to 0.4) and enhanced biodegradation in the biofilters. Feeding with a pretreated leachate (COD= 1 900 mg/L and NH+4-N= 250 mg/L), the buffering reactor effluent had a COD of less than 400 mg/L and NH+4-N of less than 30 mg/L.
