乏氧显像和乏氧干预在32P间质内放疗中作用的实验研究
Experimental study on roles of 99mTc-HL91 imaging and carbogen breathing in 32P-colloid interstitial treatment of malignant tumor
【摘要】 核素内放疗已越来越多应用于临床,预测、增敏其疗效具有实际应用价值。本研究对荷S180瘤小鼠在32P肿瘤间质内注射治疗前行Tc-HL91乏氧显像,并用Carbogen吸入进行乏氧干预,结果显示Tc-HL9199m99m肿瘤滞留量在Carbogen吸入后明显减少,同时P肿瘤间质内注射治疗后Carbogen吸入组小鼠肿瘤大小明显32小于空气吸入组;但是,99mTc-HL91肿瘤滞留量多少与P肿瘤间质内注射治疗后肿瘤大小间无明显相关性。32说明Tc-HL91乏氧显像可以反映乏氧干预效果,但不能预测P肿瘤间质内注射治疗疗效,而Carbogen吸99m32入可以提高P肿瘤间质内注射治疗疗效。32
【Abstract】 Inner radiotherapy using radionuclide has been used more and more in clinic, and it is important to predict and enhance its therapeutic effect. In this study, 99mTc-HL91 imaging was performed in mice bearing S180 tumor before P-colloid interstitial treatment and some of mice inhaled carbogen gas as a method to solve hypoxia of tumor 32 tissue. Although 99m Tc-HL91 retention in tumor was decrease significantly after carbogen breathing, and tumor mass was less in the carbogen-breathing mice than in the air-breathing mice, 99m Tc-HL91 retention was not related to tumor mass after P-colloid interstitial treatment, which implied that carbogen breathing could improve therapeutic effect of 32 32P-colloid interstitial treatment, and 99m Tc-HL91 imaging was useful to detect effect of hypoxia intervention but was unable to predict therapeutic effect of P-colloid interstitial treatment. 32
