【Abstract】 Since the 1990s,Japanese higher education has been in a stage of popularization.In order to solve the problems of popularization of higher education, a series of activities on university reform have been performed in Japan,among which the most attractive is the institution of legal person of national universities,structural reform of university and the key development of graduate education.Based on the analysis of the causes and contents of university reform in Japan,this paper discusses the difficulties in the process of reform and summarizes the features of reform in order to give inspiration to China in the course of its university reform.更多还原
