【摘要】 目的探讨慢性眼结膜炎患者泪液分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)和溶菌酶(Lys)含量的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法检测了39例慢性眼结膜炎患者泪液SIgA含量,免疫扩散法测Lys含量,并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果慢性眼结膜炎患者在治疗前泪液SIgA和Lys含量均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗后2周差异仍有显著性(P<0.05)。结论检测慢性眼结膜炎患者泪液和含量的变化对临床观察预后有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of SIgA and Lys in tears of patients with chronic conjunctival periostitis and its clinical significance.Methods Tears’ SIgA was detected with RIA and Lys was measured with immunodiffusion assay in 39 patients with chronic conjunctival periostitis and 35 normal controls.Results Before treatment,tears’ SIgA and Lys levels were significantly higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01).2 weeks after treatment the tears’ SIgA and Lys levels remained comparatively higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Changes of tears’ SIgA and Lys levels after treatment might be of prognostic importance in patients with chronic conjunctival periostitis.更多还原
