【摘要】 目的探讨肾内型肾盂及肾旋转不良并发鹿角形肾结石的有效手术方法。方法采用改良式切除肾门后唇肾窦内肾盂切开取石术治疗鹿角形肾结石12例。结果12例平均手术时间90 m in,平均出血150 m l,均1次取净结石,结石最大约6.0cm×5.0 cm×3.0 cm。术后KU B及IVU均未见残留结石,肾功能正常。结论此术式不阻断肾蒂,出血少,操作简单,取石彻底。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate new resection of the back labium renalis and intrasinusal pyelolithotomy for stagborn calculi of kidney in patients with intrarenal pelvis and renal malrotation.Methods From May 2000 to 2004,12 cases of stagborn stone of kidney were removed via the new resection of the back labium of sinus renalis and incision of the back labium of sinus renalis and incision of the intrarenal sinus.Results The mean operative time was 90 min and the mean blood loss 150 ml.The biggest stont was 6.0 cm×5.0 cm×3.0 cm.Postoperative KUB showed no residual stone and postoperation IVU indicated normal renal functiom.Conclusion The procedure has the advantages of no need of pedicle renalis occlusion,less bleeding,a clear operation field and easy stagborn calculi removal.更多还原
