杂多酸催化合成肉桂酸正丁酯的研究
Catalytic Synthesis of Butyl Cinnamate by Tungstosilicic acid
【摘要】 以钨硅杂多酸为催化剂,通过肉桂酸和正丁醇反应合成肉桂酸正丁酯。实验证明,钨硅杂多酸是合成肉桂酸正丁酯的良好催化剂,在酸醇物质的量比为1∶2.0,催化剂用量1.0g/0.05mol肉桂酸,带水剂苯8mL,反应时间为110min条件下,肉桂酸正丁酯的酯化率可达96%.
【Abstract】 Butyl cinnamate was synthesized from cinnamic acid and butyl alcohol using tungstosilicic acid as catalyst. The results showed that tungstosilicic acid was a good catalyst for synthesizing butyl cinnamate.The yield of butyl cinnamate was up to 96% when molar ratio of cinnamic acid to butyl alcohol was 1:2.0, amount of catalyst was 1.0 g/0.05 mol cinnamic acid , water-carrying agent was 8 mL ,and reaction time was 110 min.
