【Abstract】 By analyzing the current moral ethics situation among young teachers in higher learning schools, this paper affirms the mainstream of young teachers: positive, healthy, and enterprising attitudes. At the same time, it examines three aspects of problems, namely, the problems derive from overall social environment, the environment in the campus and the young teachers themselves and further discusses the reasons why young teachers’ moral integrity is deteriorating. Based on this, ways should be found to overcome these problems and to make progress.更多还原
