【Abstract】 At the end of the 20th century,the unavailability of accessing rights made the ordinary citizens unable to participate in public life.Although the civic journalism movement by then had been lasting for 10 years,it could not change the situation.The own limitations of traditional media had determined that the reform of internal system could not fulfill such a hard task.With the help of mobile and network technologies,participatory journalism began to flourish outside the traditional media,not to replace the former media mode but to complement it in a brand-new media ecosystem.更多还原
