【摘要】 分析了目前高校师德状况及其对大学生思想政治教育的影响,指出高校存在着教师理想信念不坚定,影响学生理想信念的树立；教师为人师表形象欠佳,缺乏对学生道德形成的良好示范；教师奉献敬业精神不强,不能给学生以正确的价值导向；教书与育人相脱节,忽视对学生进行思想教育等问题。针对师德建设存在的问题,提出高校教师要强化师德建设,充分发挥其在大学生思想政治教育中的主导作用,一方面要转变观念,提高认识,形成全员育人氛围；另一方面要采取必要措施提高教师的职业道德水平,通过广大教师率先垂范,言传身教,从而切实加强大学生思想政治教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the status quo of college teachers’ professional virtues and their influence upon college students’ ideological and political education.As far as the teachers’ professional virtues are concerned,some teachers do not have a solid ideal,some do not pay attention to their own images as teach- ers,some are not willing to devote themselves to education,and the others separate teaching from the cul- tivation of personality.In this respect,colleges and universities should change their out-dated concepts of education,pay great attention to the importance of the teachers’ professional virtues,take measures to up- grade their virtues,and give full play to the exemplary function respect of models.In this case,they can make the best of the guiding role of teachers and improve the effect of college students’ ideological and po- litical education.更多还原
