【Abstract】 In respect to the connotations of new industrialization,this paper proposes a set of new index system and standard to evaluate the process of industrialization.Taking into account the economic development in Lianyungang City,it applies the proposed index system to make an empirical study of the process of local new industrialization.It reveals that the City has,up to the year 2004,stepped into the intermediate stage of new industrialization,but the degree of industrialization is still low.Such a study can serve as a reference for the developing strategy of Lianyungang City.更多还原
