基于WAP的防汛无线信息系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 针对防汛工作中存在信息时效性低和信息获取受办公条件限制等问题,结合防汛工作的特点,详细设计并开发了基于WAP的防汛无线信息系统.该系统支持WAP手机、PDA等移动访问设备,提供无线的信息查询和检索,并实现了主动的短信“推送”服务.经试用表明,系统能有效提高防汛信息的时效性,为防汛提供了一种新的信息获取途径.

【Abstract】 In consideration of the characteristics of flood control and some problems existing in this work,such as low time-effectiveness of information and information acquisition restricted by office condition,a wireless information system for flood control was designed based on wireless application protocol(WAP). It is a multiple interface system that users can access through WAP mobile phone,PDA and so on.It also provides wireless information inquiry and retrieval,and realizes the active short message "pushing" service.Application shows that the system can improve the time-effectiveness of the flood control information,and it provides a new method of information acquisition for flood control.
