一种H.264码率控制的位分配算法
A Bit Allocation Scheme for H.264 Rate Control
【摘要】 针对H.264码率控制中不适当的位分配,提出了一种有效的码率控制位分配算法.该算法采用线性加权函数修正P帧编码后的缓冲级别,通过调整量化参数进行基本单元层的位分配.实验结果表明,在相同的条件下,该算法与H.264JM95中的码率分配算法相比对目标位的控制更精确,并能获得较高的峰值信噪比,同时也能使视频的主观质量得到有效的改善。
【Abstract】 An effective rate control bit allocation scheme is proposed to avoid the unsuitability of bit allocation in the H.264 rate control.The linear weighting function is used for modifying the target buffer level,and quantization parameters(QP) are adjusted for bit allocation of the basic unit layer.Comparing to H.264 JM95,simulation results show that the proposed bit allocation scheme can control the target bit rate more accurately,obtain a higher peak signal-to-noise ratio and improve the subjective video quality effectively.
