球墨铸钢——一种新型的工程材料
Nodular Graphite Cast Steel——A New Kind of Engineering Materials
【摘要】 为加快球墨铸钢在生产实际中的应用,介绍了球墨铸钢的化学成分、常用合金元素及其作用;阐述了球墨铸钢的形成原理以及熔炼、铸造等工艺要点;分析了球墨铸钢组织结构的特点、常规力学性能以及热处理对球墨铸钢组织和性能的影响;并对球墨铸钢的耐磨性能、热疲劳性能进行了讨论.认为目前材料界对球墨铸钢的许多特性认识不足,缺少系统研究,影响了球墨铸钢的应用.
【Abstract】 In order to promote utilization of nodular graphite cast steel,the chemical composition and the characteristics are introduced briefly.The forming principle of nodular graphite cast steel and the main technical points of melting and casting process are summarized.The microstructure feature,the mechanical property and the effect of heat treatment are analyzed.The wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties are discussed.However many features of nodular graphite cast steel are not clear yet now because of the lack of research,which no doubt limits its application in the industry.
