N80油套管钢在长庆油田采出液/砂粒两相介质中的腐蚀磨损

【摘要】 以N80油套管钢为研究对象,对比研究了它在长庆油田采出液/砂粒两相介质中的腐蚀磨损行为。试验分为静态和动态两种情况,动态试验又分为纯动态腐蚀、动态腐蚀+含砂粒磨损等情况。用扫描电子显微镜分析了N80钢腐蚀磨损的表面形貌。结果表明,动态腐蚀中腐蚀产物膜比静态试验中更容易剥落,从而其局部腐蚀比静态试验严重,含砂腐蚀磨损较动态腐蚀、静态腐蚀严重,腐蚀磨损试验初期腐蚀磨损速率较大,随后逐渐减缓。

【Abstract】 Well tube steel N80 is employed to study corrosion-wearing process in sand/output medium from Changqing oil field.Two types of experiments are conducted,i.e.,the static and flowing ones.The flowing ones include the pure medium flowing,the flowing medium+less sands and flowing medium+more sands.X-ray diffraction and SEM are employed to characterize the corrosive scale and the morphologies of the corroded and wore scale.It is concluded that,the corrosive scale is much easier to drop in flowing corrosion-wearing condition,which induces serious pitting corrosion,the wearing rate is greater at the beginning of the experiments and becomes less and less gradually.
