【摘要】 介绍了马来西亚输水钢管生产线的生产状况及产品品质,指出在就钢管的成型、焊接、检测等设备技术方面,我国输水钢管与国外技术水平相当,与国外的差距主要是在管厚设计、接口技术、防腐措施等设计理念以及标准规范执行等以人的素质为主的方面。通过考察马来西亚以生产输水管为主要产品的钢管公司得以启示,就差距的核心问题和差距的主要方面提出几点建议:①改进工艺,生产半球接头输水钢管;②以采用国外专业标准为起点,制订出我国输水钢管的专业标准;以推动我国输水钢管的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces the water pipeline pipe production line in Malysia and its quality,and also points out that there is no any difference between national water pipeline pipe and oversea in equipments and technology of pipe forming,welding and inspection,the main difference are design theory such as pipe thickness design,connection design,anti-corrosion,standard application based on the human principal.The revelation is gotten from visiting water pipeline pipe manufacturer in Malysia,the suggestion shall be raised on difference of kernel problem and main aspects as following:①Improving the procedure to produce hemisphere connection water pipeline pipe;② Beginning as oversea professional standard application,drafting professional water pipeline national standard to push national water pipeline pipe developments.更多还原
