【Abstract】 Propelling democracy,strengthening legal system and ensuring the citizens’ basic rights are the important ensurances of constructing the harmonious society.In the front of a powerful government,any personal strength is tiny.According to the western experiences,only when a reliable and steady citizen society is constructed,can the personal negotiating ability be enhanced,then the economical democracy and personal benefits could be guaranteed.The thesis begins with the morality,ethic and legal system derived from Sun Wuda affair,then researches the evolvement of the concept of citizen society.After that,it explains that citizen society is the important ensurance to realize economical democracy and social justness.Finally,it discusses the approach to cultivating the citizen society from the practical angle.更多还原
