过泵加热井高温直读监测及其实现

【摘要】 针对稠油、超稠油井生产过程中的过泵加热工艺要求,利用高温传感器实时获取井压、井温数据,通过过泵加热电缆传输至地面控制系统,实现了稠油、超稠油过泵加热井生产过程中井底流温、流压资料的直读监测及数字化处理,为油藏开发提供了及时准确的井下动态资料。

【Abstract】 According to the pump heating technics in the production process of thick oil and the ultra-thick oil well,the data of well pressure and well temperature are obtained real-time by high temperature sensor.Through the pump heating cable,the data are transmitted to the ground control system to realize real-time direct-reading measurement and digitalization processing.The technique problems of on-line dynamic analysis and treatment are solved.Timely and accurate dynamic data downhole are supplied for the development of oil pool.
