膨润土催化制备四脚状氧化锌晶须的研究

【摘要】 采用膨润土作为催化剂,通过高温气相氧化法制备了四脚状氧化锌(T-ZnO)晶须,并研究了实验条件对产物的影响。结果表明:实验温度、催化剂含量和空气流量对T-ZnO晶须的尺寸、规整性、产率等有显著的影响,实验温度为920~980℃,膨润土含量为33%左右以及适当的空气流量条件下,可以得到尺寸均一、结构规整、四脚状含量和晶须产率都较高的T-ZnO晶须。

【Abstract】 Tetrapod-shaped zinc oxide(T-ZnO) whiskers were prepared by the method of vapor phase oxidation at high temperature with bentonite as catalyst,and the influence of experimental conditions to T-ZnO whiskers were discussed in this article.The results showed that the size,the shape and the product ratio of T-ZnO whiskers were affected evidently by the experimental temperature,the percentage of catalyst and the atmospherical flux.T-ZnO whiskers with uniform size, regular sructure and high yield,perfect ratio were gained when the experimental temperature is 920~980℃,the percentage of bentonite is about 33% and the proper atmospherical flux.
