丙烯酸修饰SiO2介孔材料的合成研究
Study on synthesis acrylic acid modified SiO2 mesostructure materials
【摘要】 以尿素为模板剂,丙烯酸为有机相,采用溶胶-凝胶技术,并通过高温烧结去除模板剂,制备丙烯酸修饰介孔材料。采用FTIR、TGA、XRD对合成材料进行表征。结果表明:制得了六角结构的介孔材料,同时在材料中引入了羧酸根。并考察了凝胶在烧结过程中的变化情况,以及探讨了有机相、模板剂、醇水比对介孔材料有序性的影响。
【Abstract】 The surface modified mesostructure materials was obtained through HCl-catalyzed nonsurfactant templated sol-gel process,followed by calcining at 700℃ to remove the urea template.The materials were characterized by FTIR,X-ray diffraction(XRD),and TGA.The XRD results showed that the materials with hexangular configuration was prepared successfully.The FTIR and TG results showed that propylene has been successfully incorporated into the surface of material.At the same time,the change of the gel materials during calcining was also studied by TGA.Further more,the effect of molar rator of designed alcohol and water,the content of acrylic acid(AA) and urea on the order degree of material was also discussed.
