酰化改性氨基聚硅氧烷的膜形貌与应用性能相关性研究

【摘要】 用原子力显微镜(AFM)和接触角测量仪对丁内酯改性氨基聚硅氧烷的膜形貌及其排列方式进行研究,并与应用性能进行分析。结果发现,不同氨基聚硅氧烷所形成的膜形貌不同,膜的表面形貌实际上与基团的排列方式有关,氨乙基氨丙基聚硅氧烷在单晶硅基底上形成均匀、平整、光滑的疏水膜;而丁内酯改性的氨乙基氨丙基聚硅氧烷则形成凹凸不平、粗糙的具有一定亲水性的非均匀膜。由于膜形貌存在很大差异,这可能就是造成不同氨基聚硅氧烷性能差异的主要原因。

【Abstract】 Amino-polysiloxane film surface morphologies were observed and its arrangement manner were also studied by means of atomic force probe microscopy(AFM) and contact angle measurement instrument.Relation between film morphology and application performance was analysed.The results obtained showed that various amino-polysiloxane film morphologies are different and film morphologies were virtually associated with group arrangement manner on monocrystalline silicon substrate.Aminoethylaminopropyl polysiloxane formed a relative uniform,even,smooth and hydrophobic film.However,butyrolactone modified aminoethylaminopropyl polysiloxane formed depressed-bulgy,coarse,inhomogeneous and some extent hydrophilic film.The mostly reason of various amino-polysiloxane application performance distinctness was that due to its film morphologies existed big difference.
