丙烯酸与HEMA共聚制备高吸水性树脂的耐候性研究
Study on climate resistance of superabsorbents based on copolymer of acrylic acid and HEMA
【摘要】 以过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸羟乙脂(HEMA)共聚制备高吸水性树脂,采用紫外线辐射法研究了高吸水性树脂的耐候性。结果表明,随反应温度升高、反应时间延长、丙烯酸中和度增大、HEMA用量以及交联剂用量增大、反应单体浓度升高,丙烯酸与HEMA共聚物高吸水性树脂的耐候性明显增强。由于HEMA中存在的杂质双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯起到交联剂的作用,HEMA用量增大可以明显提高高吸水性树脂的耐候性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,K2S2O8 was used as initiator,N’N-methylenebisacrylamide was used as crosslinker,superabsorbents were synthesized by copolymeriration of acrylic acid and hydroxyethylmethacrylate(HEMA),climate resistance of the superabsorbents were studied by irradiation of ultraviolet.The results showed when the reaction temperature increased,the reaction time prolonged,the neutralization degree of acrylic acid increased,the dosage of HEMA and the crosslinker increased and concentration of the monomers increased,the climate resistance of the superabsorbents increased. The reason of the climate resistance being improved by HEMA was ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate contained in HEMA acting as crosslinker.
