聚氨酯硬泡在超低温下的应用研究

【摘要】 聚氨酯泡沫由于其优异的绝热性能,获得了越来越广泛的应用。本文实验研究超低温条件下聚氨酯硬泡的性能,并采用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS进行模拟,为推动聚氨酯泡沫及其管道制品在输送超低温液体的工程应用方面提供科学依据。据查在我国,在超低温方面的应用研究尚未见报道。

【Abstract】 The polyurethane foam has found more and more extensive application because of its excellent adiabatic performance.Specific properties of the polyurethane foam in ultra-low temperature has been studied by practiced and simulated by the finite element software ABAQUS in this paper.The obtained results of this paper would promote the use of polyurethane foam and its’ pipeline products under the ultra-low temperature condition and research of the scientific basis for transport project of liquid at ultra-low temperature.The study of the performance of polyurethane foam in ultra-low temperature reported rarely in literatures in the domestic research.
